On Friday, 9th May 2025, the Estate Agents Registration Board held the first induction ceremony of the year for the April 2025 interviews cohort. 80 applicants from these interviews were successfully registered and are now fully inducted into the board. The EARB strategic plan was 2024-2028 was successfully launched during the Directors/CEOs of Real Estate Firms Breakfast meeting with EARB held on 25th October 2024 at Villa Rosa Kempinski, Nairobi. The strategic plan was launched in this meeting by the Chief Guest, Hon. Alice Wahome, EGH Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and urban Development.
